Founded in 2012 by Ahmet Karadağ, ProfitCoach began as a small consultancy serving local businesses in Antalya. With a background in international business strategy and a passion for helping enterprises realize their potential, Ahmet saw an opportunity to bring global coaching methodologies to the unique business landscape of Turkey.

What started as a one-person operation quickly gained recognition for delivering measurable results. Ahmet holds an MBA from INSEAD and has previously held executive positions at multinational corporations across Europe and the Middle East.
